  • Nepali Citizen
  • Communication Skill (Soft Skill)
  • Course objective

Students will be able:

1. To understand and use the hospitality communicative language required for food knowledge.

2. To get information about the hotel and catering industry.

3. To understand the food commodities and their uses.

4. To know the principal of continental cooker

5. To prepare continental dishes.

6. To understand the food hygiene and safety.

7. To describe the composition of food commodities and their nutrients.

8. To prepare oriental dishes.

Course Duration

  • Completed within 12 months
  • In addition,
  • 3 months or 480 hours on-the-job
